Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dondachi (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Dondachi is an early-stage product offered as-is while we build it out.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your access secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your content
You own the content you add — your resumes, job descriptions, interview notes, and the like. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, tailoring your resume or scoring a job). We don’t claim ownership of it and we don’t sell it. Only upload content you have the right to use.
AI-assisted output
Dondachi uses AI to draft, score, and surface suggestions from your own information. We design it not to fabricate experience, but AI output can still be wrong or incomplete — review anything before you send it to an employer. You’re responsible for what you submit.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Dondachi for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes others’ rights, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Dondachi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service as it evolves; we’ll revise the date above for material changes. You can stop using Dondachi and request deletion of your account at any time.
